Dashcams Limited ("DashGoods", "we", "us") is the Data Controller for personal data collected through this website. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
ICO Registration: Dashcams Limited is in the process of registering with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. Registration will be completed prior to processing personal data at scale.

Data We Collect
When you place an order: name, delivery address, email address, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store card numbers). When you contact us: name and email address. When you browse our site: anonymised analytics data (if you consent to analytics cookies).

Data Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is anonymised and retained for 26 months.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR (Articles 15–21) you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@costumegoodies.com.
