These terms govern your purchase from Dashcams Limited ("DashGoods"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 11300530). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you by phone within 1 working day to confirm availability and arrange payment. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and arrange dispatch.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Dashcams Limited is not currently VAT registered. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price charged will be the price shown at the time you placed your order.

Payment

We accept payment by debit card, credit card and bank transfer. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed securely.

Returns

See our Returns & Cancellation page for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

Warranty

All products carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. In addition, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
